Report of the Ivy League Concussion Review Committee
The Ivy League Council of Presidents, in December 2010, agreed to form an ad hoc Concussion Committee to discuss how the Ivy League could assume a leadership role in trying to limit the incidence of concussion. The Council adopted measures in football in June 2011, and charged the committee to consider the review of other sports.
1947 Yale Rugby Team Travels to Bermuda
Thanks to Alexander Harvey, a Yale graduate and former Bulldog rugby player, we've been given some incredible insight into a notable event in Ivy Rugby's past. In 1947, Yale Rugby made the trip to Bermuda to represent both their school and their nation in competition against Bermudian and English teams.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Dartmouth women’s rugby team used a pair of second-half tries and a stingy defense to capture its second straight Ivy Rugby title Sunday afternoon. The top-seeded Big Green scored two quick tries midway through the final stanza to defeat Harvard, 14-5, at the Crimson’s Mignone Field and secure their second conference title in as many years since moving to varsity status.

On the last weekend of the season for the Ivies Princeton, Penn and Harvard were all winners.
Ivy Men Enter Final Weeks of Season
With only two teams playing this past weekend, not much has changed in the Ivy men's standings. Dartmouth has remained unbeatable this season, but things could get shaken up this weekend if Penn can take down the Big Green and allow Brown (if they win their game against Princeton) to move into first place. The prospects remain speculative no doubt.

Brown defeated Yale 38 - 12. Brown travel to Yale as one of the form teams in this seasons Ivy Championship. They currently sit in 2nd place, 9 points ahead of 3rd placed Harvard, with a 4-1 record to date. Yale on the other hand have had a mixed season. This young squad have experienced several injures which has effected the results from week to week. With a current record of 1-3, this is another great chance for this young team to gain more valuable rugby playing experience. If Yale are to win they will jump 3 places in the standings with a game in hand.
Dartmouth Women defeat Brown 45-14
Dartmouth Women #1 defeated Brown #4 in the Tier 1 Women's Ivy Semifinal at Dartmouth College today. The final score was 45-14.
Harvard Men 67 - Columbia 0
Harvard Crimson defeated visiting Columbia 67-0 at Mignone Field on the campus of Harvard University.
