Second Half: Brown 35 - Harvard 0

Final Score: Brown 55- Harvard 5

Harvard’s solid first half defense and Brown handling miscues derailed the Bears in the first half, however Scott Fielding’s foot and tries by lock Alex Lipinsky and Dan Tonderys had Brown comfortably ahead until Harvard scored in injury time of the first half.  Brown would have to pick up the pace to offset Harvard’s momentum.

Brown did get off to a solid second half start aided considerably by two Harvard yellow cards. The combination was too much for Harvard as Brown dominated the second half with three backline tries and three forward tries, and Scott Fielding adding points with his foot.

Forwards Zach Long’s lineout work and Everett Epstein’s efforts at the rucks were notable along with Lipinsky’s and Levine-Spound’s scoring. In the backline center Colin Schofield was played a solid match on both sides of the ball along with the try scorers Koelliker and Jethani.
