Great Day at the Women's CRC

Princeton had a tough draw against Army losing 24-5. Princeton then came out in round two and put it to Navy 21-5. In the third round Princeton went up three tries to one before losing a heart-breaker on the last play of the match 19-17. Brown did not look cohesive in their first two matches then came out of nowhere to pull off the upset of the day beating tournament favorite Penn State 12-10 in an epic battle. I spent the last match of the day next to Emil Signes as he calculated the point differential for the Army Navy final match of the day. A 5 point Army margin of victory would put Princeton into the #2 seed in their bracket. Army scored at the final horn to win by 7!
