Brown Women v. Princeton - The Rematch
After finishing #1 and #2 in the Ivies, Brown Women's Rugby squares up against Princeton in the semi-finals of the Women's Northeast Final Four next weekend. Just a few weeks back Brown claimed it's sixth consecutive Ivy Championship by defeating Princeton 24-17 at Princeton.
In what ended up being the battle of undefeateds in the final weekend of the Ivies, Brown scored the winning try with minutes remaining after Princeton had tied the match up with 10 minutes to play.
Princeton 22 - BU 0 in heavy snow
The snow didn't deter the Tigers in a hard-fought match. The Princeton Women prevailed in very snowy conditions 22-0 over Boston University. It was a nasty, snowy, windy day. The conditions were so bad that Princeton needed to delay the start of the match for 15 minutes just to expose the lines.
Harvard 46 - Columbia 14 - ends with a winning record
In the final Ivy men's regular season match, Columbia traveled to Harvard to wind up the regular season pool play and conclude the 3rd season of the Ivy Men's Rugby Conference. After defeating Columbia 46-14, Harvard (4-3) sits at 4th in the top tier behind perfect Dartmouth (7-0) and Brown and Princeton, both 5-2.
The win gives the Crimson a winning 4-3 record going into the Ivy Playoffs next April.
Why does she play rugby?
Founded in 1978, the Yale Women's Rugby Football Club is one of the oldest women's collegiate rugby teams in the nation. Yale Women are a competitive rugby team, playing against women's rugby teams at Ivy League schools in the Ivy Rugby Conference.

Brown Men 15 - Yale 0 2nd XV
The Brown Second XV defeated Yale 15-0, scoring two first half tries and one in the second half. Fly half Blair Cameron’13 was opportunistic to take one quick penalty from five meters out and run it in for one try, and then to take a second quick penalty from five meters, but pass to scrum half Dan Tonderys’14 for the second try and a 10-0 first half lead.
Brown’s Eddie Friedman’14 scored an unconverted try from a scrum at the end of the second period to close out the match.
Penn Men 25 - Cornell 10 1st XV
Cornell traveled to Philadelphia Saturday to face a tough Penn side at the new Penn Park facility. Big Red to traveled strong, but was unable to match Penn Rugby. Final Penn 25 - Cornell 10.
Yale Men 1st XV hold on to defeat Cornell Men

- Grissom '13 picks off of a 5m scrum and touches down with help from Lawlor '12 running in support. 7-0

Dartmouth Gets Homecoming Win Over Harvard 62-0
Heading in their final fall 15s game against Harvard Saturday, Dartmouth seemed primed to give a special performance in front of a raucous Homecoming crowd. By no means did they disappoint. Outperforming a determined Harvard defense right from the opening whistle, the Big Green dispatched the Crimson 62-0. The win capped off a third straight undefeated run through the conference for Dartmouth. The team has now won 12 of the last 15 Ivy Championships, including the last five in a row.

The Brown B's lost a heartbreaker to the Princeton B's after leading most of the match.
