Despite the score, a heavily injured side, featuring many new playing, Columbia Men gave a string team effort given the circumstances. It was an great end for the college careers for our senior club members. 

CU Over Vassar in First Match Back

Andrew West scored Columbia's first try in their first game back after the spring tour. The score started after an errant Vassar pass was intercepted inside the Columbia 22.

Vassar came back to score 17 unanswered points taking a 17-7 lead.  The boys in blue finally got it in gear winning going away 44-22.

Womens Final Four Ivy Championship

Brown will be hosting the Women's Final Four Ivy Championship on the weekend of March 30th and 31st. 

USA Rugby Men's Division I-AA 2013 Spring Playoffs

The Men's Competitions Committee (Kevin Battle, Chair; Pat Kane; Tom Rooney; Josh Smith; and Todd Streeter) developed the following playoff formats for USA Rugby Division I-AA.

Division I-AA includes a combination of postseason assignments for the automatic qualifying teams emerging from the twelve eligible college conferences, and four at-large opportunities for otherwise deserving and eligible teams. 

Teams may appeal for an at-large consideration by completing and returning the At-Large Application, which have been distributed to all Independent teams and conferences.

Day One From Las Vegas USA 7s

Las Vegas 7s, Round 1 Recap

The Yale 7s team headed to Las Vegas on Wednesday to compete in the Las Vegas 7s. Yale traveled with a mixed roster of upper and underclassmen and experience levels ranging from 2 weeks to 4 years playing Yale rugby. On day one of the USA 7s in Las Vegas, Yale advances to the quarterfinals. In other play, the University of Penn is undefeated 2-0. Penn won over American International 14-0, and the Colorado School of Mines 26-0.
