Cornell Men's Rugby Featured in Cornell Sun Profile

The Cornell Men's Rugby team was recently featured in the Cornell Daily Sun. Staff Writer Edward McNelis profiled the Big Red, detailing their storied history as well as their recent success in the article.

Featuring quotes from Head Coach Paule Barford, Assistant Coach Ron Schassburger, and Captain Benno Sorenson (among other players), McNelis paints a vivid picture of the kind of culture that has caused Cornell to have such success this season. “In general, I think we’ve succeeded in creating the kind of team environment where personal commitment and hard work is not only demanded, but is an accepted responsibility by each individual player," Sorenson said. "That atmosphere has allowed us to play to the best of our abilities and we’re seeing the results we’ve always felt we were capable of.”
