Fall 2019: Brown Men 74 - Columbia 0
Columbia came into the Bear’s lair with high hopes but on a very warm, sunny and dry day Brown dashed any chance the Lion’s might have had. This writer has seen a marked improvement in teamwork and support which came together in the second half today. The starting XV had but 4 seniors and behind this team is bench that provides able support.

Yale defeated Cornell in what was described by a Yale player as a "fun match." Tries were scored everywhere with Cornell taking the win by a score of 46 to 34. Yale Women scored some great team tries so a lot to be positives came out of their trip to upstate NY.

Columbia was short of players for the second XV and Brown had an abundance of ruggers that wanted a match. The result was Brown lending several players to the Columbia team and Brown still able to field two teams.
2019 Fall Yale Women at Cornell
The Yale Women's team had a fun match at Cornell. Tries were scored everywhere with Cornell taking the win 46-34. Yale scored some great team tries so a lot to be positive about from the trip north. Yale heads to UPenn next weekend for a 3.00pm kick off in Penn Park.

Harvard opens their 2019 Fall Ivy Season with a 85-6 win against the Big Red. With championship aspirations, Harvard aimed to control the game and come out with a big statement win. Kick-off was at 3pm at Mignone Field. Admission was free.
Harvard Women Dominate Dartmouth in Home Opener, 50-32
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.- The Crimson came out firing on all cylinders to beat Dartmouth 50-32 in its season opener. Harvard now moves to 2-1 on the season.

For a third week in a row, Brown’s first XV came away victorious . This time, the victim was Ivy rival UPenn. Despite being the “City of Brotherly Love”, the Bears showed no love for the Quakers as they ran in 7 tries on the day conceding none. This was the last pre-conference outing before the league opener next week at home vs Columbia.
