Dartmouth defeats Yale on Homecoming Saturday

Dartmouth defeated Yale by a score of 46-5 on a beautiful Homecoming Saturday on Brophy Field at Corey Ford Rugby Clubhouse, Dartmouth College. The 4th weekend of Ivy Rugby fifteens competition was a win for the Big Green.

Brown - Princeton - All Tied Up

The Brown/Princeton game ended with a 15-15 tie after a highly defensive second half. Princeton’s Man of the Match went to Will Banes, a freshman from London. Victory in the developmental side match went to Brown.

DEV Yale Men at Dartmouth Men

Yale plays Dartmouth on the 4th weekend of Ivy Rugby fifteens competition. The 1st XV match takes place at noon (1:30 p.m. second sides) on Brophy Field at Corey Ford Rugby Clubhouse, Dartmouth College.

This is Homecoming Saturday for Dartmouth.  

Penn played a physical game against Harvard but was unable to stop the Crimson.

Ivy Week Three—Men: Field Begins to Take Shape Amid Hard-Fought Contests

Week three in the Ivies witnessed defending champ Dartmouth's first league match (and win). Big Green will have to get past a strong Harvard squad to repeat. Cornell, Brown and Yale may hold surprises as we get deeper into the season, while Columbia's strong showing against Brown demonstrates nothing can be taken for granted.

Ivy Week Three—Women: Defense Key in Wins for Dartmouth, Harvard, Cornell

Week three for the Ivy women was dominated by defense as three close, low-scoring games showed the fiercely competitive approach brought to the pitch by varsity and club programs alike.

Harvard Defeats Princeton, 17-10

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard's women's rugby squad earned a dramatic 17-10 victory over Princeton in its final home contest of the season, scoring the tying and go-ahead try in the waning minutes of the game to complete a second half comeback.

Harvard got on the board first as it came away with the ball out of a scrum and Susie Clements found Caitlin Weigel, who dove into the end line for the try to give the Crimson a 5-0 lead three minutes into play.

Cornell 12 - Columbia 0 at Baker

The Cornell Women visited Columbia at Baker field. In a tight match Cornell won 12-0.

Huge Win! Dartmouth 8 - Brown 5

Brown (2-0) traveled to Dartmouth (1-0) in this week three fall showdown. Dartmouth eeked out and 8-5 victory.
