Harvard fell to a seasoned James Madison University squad in Harrisonburg, Va.on Saturday. Down by 22 at the half, Harvard was unable to stop JMU's offensive drive despite winning some penalties and showing control over many aspects of the game. At the final whistle it was JMU 49, Crimson 16.

JMU moves on to the quarterfinal round at Bowling Green next weekend.

Harvard traveled to JMU for a round of 16 D1AA Playoff match. JMU are reigning Keystone Conference champs after defeating Pitt 39-27 in November. Harvard defeated Cornell April 9 for the Ivy 15s title (fall Ivy champions Dartmouth elected to play in the Varsity Cup).
