Penn Men Win a Thriller Over Columbia

In arguably the most exciting match of the Ivy Rugby Conference season, the Penn Men's Rugby Club was able to pull out a thriller at home over Columbia. The action went back and forth all day - every time Columbia scored, Penn was able to respond quickly with a score of their own. This back and forth led the score to be 22-21 going into the final minutes of play. It was looking as though that might be the final score when was able to break the Columbia defense near the end of regulation for a try to put them up 26-22. The win was huge for Penn. bringing their record over .500 to 2-1 and putting them in second place in the Ivy Rugby Conference's Southern Division. Columbia's heartbreaking loss drops them to 1-2 on the season.
